Feature

One job, every channel

You publish a finished project once. ProjectProof takes it from there: your website and WordPress pages update, the project link lands in the Jobber job, and posts for Google Business and Pinterest are prepared so you only have to confirm them.

Benefits

  • Your sites update on their own

The project goes live on your ProjectProof site, its sitemap and its AI-search summary, and on your WordPress site through the ProjectProof plugin or gallery embed.

  • Jobber gets the link

The first time a project is published, its link is added to the job's notes in Jobber automatically, so your office can share it with the customer.

  • Google Business post, ready to go

AI writes the post text and builds the image from your project photos. Download them and post to your Google Business Profile in a minute.

  • Pinterest Pin, ready to confirm

We prepare a draft Pin from the project, a tall image with your logo plus a title and description. You review it and confirm publishing to your board.

How it works

  1. 1

    Publish the project

Review the listing and tap publish, as you already do.

  2. 2

    We prepare every channel

Your site and WordPress update, Jobber gets the link, and drafts are prepared for Google Business and Pinterest.

  3. 3

    Confirm what goes out

Post the Google Business draft and confirm the Pinterest Pin. Nothing goes to Google or Pinterest without you.

Frequently asked questions

Does it post to Google and Pinterest automatically?

No. We prepare the post or Pin, and you decide when it goes out. For Google Business you download the text and image and post them yourself; for Pinterest you confirm publishing with one click.

What happens automatically?

Your ProjectProof site, your WordPress embed and the link in your Jobber job update as soon as you publish a project.

Do I need every integration?

No. Connect only the ones you use. Each channel works on its own.
